Please ensure that we have received the deposit by the day the handover is scheduled for. During the appointment, we draft up a protocol in which everything is documented. You will then receive the keys to your new home.

If you're installing a new kitchen or other furniture, feel free to do so. However, REMM will not be involved in this. If you move out you either sell it to the next tenant or you will be asked to deinstall it again. At the end of the lease we generally need the apartment o be empty and in the shape you received it in.

We are happy you would like to recommend us as landlord. We usually advertise for vacant apartments on this website. If there is nothing shared, we do not have any vacancies at the moment. But that may change. Your friend is welcome to submit his or her information via the form and we may get back to him or her.

The billing is made directly by us as the landlord after a full calendar year in the course of the following year and according to consumption. If you moved in or moved out during the year, we will calculate your consumption on a pro rata basis.

You register electricity and internet yourself with a provider of your choice. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary information (meter numbers etc.) when handing over the apartment. A little tip when it comes to electricity: It is often worthwhile to change the supplier when moving. So it's best to compare the available providers.

The easiest option is to bring your bulky goods to the recycling center. Depending on the location of your apartment, it is also possible to arrange a pick-up by appointment for a fee. Please refrain from disposing bulky goods in your household waste. For more information please consult e.g. the BSR website.

If you want, you can suggest a new tenant to us. We will then check whether this person could be a match. If this is the case and we find an agreement with the new tenant, we are happy to discuss options with you.

We would kindly ask you to hand over your apartment empty, clean and with repainted walls (white). You may also need to carry out some basic repairs such as closing drilling holes or similar things. If you have any questions, feel free to check your rental agreement or simply contact us directly.
