Please ensure that we have received the deposit by the day the handover is scheduled for. During the appointment, we draft a protocol in which everything is documented. You will then receive the keys to your new home.

You register electricity, gas and internet yourself with a provider of your choice. When handing over the apartment, we will provide you with the necessary information (meter numbers, etc.). A little tip when it comes to electricity: It is often worthwhile to change the supplier when moving. So it's best to compare the available providers.

Meters are typically located at a central location in the basement and are not always accessible to tenants. We're happy to help. Just send us an email with your address and your apartment. The property manager will then be happy to read the status for you, write it down and drop it in your letter box.

If you wish, you can have additional keys made for you. However, this is at your own expense and all keys must be handed over to us when you move out. For all concerns and problems relating to keys and locks, we are happy to recommend Locksmith Maier at Senefelderstraße 7. If you need help and the problem occurs during our opening hours, please call us first. Thank you so much.

We are be happy to provide you with the according document. Please fill out the form, which you can download at the top of this page, and send it to us via email to info@remm-gruppe.de. We will then sign the document for you so you can officially register at your new home.

We are happy to hear that you'd like to recommend REMM and our apartments. We usually publish vacant apartments on this website. If there is nothing shared, we do not have any vacancies at the moment. But that may change. Your friend is welcome to submit his or her information via the contact form and we may get back to him or her.

In principle, we ask you to discuss all planned measures with us. This also includes seemingly small things such as sanding the floor or drilling in special places. We will certainly find a solution together.

We understand that you might prefer to store some items outside of your home. However, we ask you to refrain from doing so for fire protection reasons and out of respect for your neighbours. The community is also happy when household waste is not temporarily stored in the stairwell.

The easiest option is to bring your bulky goods to the recycling center. Depending on the location of your apartment, it is also possible to arrange a pick-up by appointment for a fee. You can find out more about this, for example, on the BSR website. All recycling centers are also stored here.

You can find that information on the display case in the entrance area. Here you can also find tips for successful waste separation. During the next walk around your neighbourhood you should also be able to spot the nearest glass container.

Heat as consistently as possible to around 20 °C and only turn the heat down slightly at night. Avoid covering up radiators, as curtains or furniture in front of them increase energy consumption. Ventilate briefly and strongly several times a day. Make sure the humidity is below 60%. If possible, try to dry laundry in the bathroom, depending on its size. Keep doors to cooler rooms closed and also place furniture at a distance from the outer wall to prevent mold formation.

Please make sure that a neighbour or friends has spare keys and let us know how we can reach you by phone in an emergency.

The billing is made directly by us as the landlord after a full calendar year in the course of the following year and according to consumption. If you moved in or moved out during the year, we will calculate your consumption on a pro rata basis.

If you want, you can suggest a new tenant to us. We will then check whether this person is a match. If so, we can discuss an earlier tenant switch.

When you move out, we will arrange a viewing appointment with you and will then coordinate any cosmetic repairs nedded with you. At the date of the handover, we create a digital protocol that documents the status of the apartment. Please remember to deregister electricity and gas immediately so that the billing can be made correctly.
